Minimum requirements
To run smoothly, Field Tools requires the following software and hardware minimum versions.
Itron Mobile Radios (IMRs)
- IMR (does not support ERTs that use a wake-up tone)
- IMR2 (supports wake-up tones)
- IMR-FT
Mobile devices
- Any Apple iOS smartphone or tablet running iOS 16.0.2 and higher.
- Any Android smartphone or tablet running Android 13 and higher.
- Any Microsoft Windows laptop or tablet running Windows 10 or 11.
